CREMANT DE LOIRE ROSE
Varietal wine 100%
Cabernet Franc, cultivated on clayy and chalky soil.
The vines are 20
years old.
Vinification :
First and slow fermentation in
vat under controlled temperature for three weeks.
A second
natural fermentation named “prise de mousse” during which gas forms fine
bubbles.
Then bottles are laid and
stored for 12 months.
A liquor
named “liqueur d’expédition” is added depending on organoleptic qualities and
what king of wine we want : dry or half dry. We want a small quantity (less 1
gram). This liquor allows us to create “a balanced wine”.
Tasting
Very fine bubbles, elegance and variety of red fruits
flavours are characteristic of the CREMANT DE LOIRE wine.
Style et temperature
Crémant de Loire is wine for
gatherings, parties and celebrations. You can dring it during the day or the
evening. It is an excellent wine served with aperitif and desserts.
It is best to serve this wine chilled, between 6 and 8°.

LE SOURIRE DE NOE
100 % Pur jus de raisin Sauvignon
Ce
pur jus est récolté et pressé à la propriété comme n’importe quel autre jus de
raisin.
Il
est ensuite filtré, pasteurisé et gazéifié.
Nous
ne rajoutons rien. Il est garanti sans colorant, sans conservateur, sans sucres
ajoutés.
Tasting
En bouche, ce jus de raisin révèle des arômes puissants de Sauvignon.
Style et temperature
Idéal pour les personnes qui ne boivent pas d'alcool ou les enfants, à boire en apéritif, en dessert ou en journée pour se rafraîchir.
A consommer sans modération !

CREMANT DE LOIRE BLANC
Sparkling white wine assembled with 70% Chenin and 30% Chardonnay wine.
These grapes grow in a layed and chalky bed soil.
The vines are 35 years old.
First and slow fermentation in vat under controlled temperature for
three weeks.
A second natural fermentation named “prise de mousse”
during which gas forms fine bubbles.
Then bottles are laid and stored for 24 months.
We don’t add a liquor and we obtain a CREMANT DE LOIRE “Brut zero”
(extra dry).
Tasting
Very fine
bubbles, elegance and variety of white fruits flavours are characteristic of
the CREMANT DE LOIRE wine.

SECRET


SAUVIGNON AOC TOURAINE OISLY
This authentic wine is produced on the plot « la Plaine des
Cailloux » situated on Touraine Oisly, little appellation of 40 ha
producing only sauvignon blanc with obligations.
This plot of vines aged of 35 years old is ideally situated at the top
of the village on a clay with flints soil. It is well-situated so I can wait
for the grapes to be fully ripe and I harvest as late as possible. I can obtain
a good maturity of the grape so a good balance between sugar, alcohol and
acidity.
The Touraine Oisly has been left on its lees until bottling in May.
Tasting
The wine is pale yellow with a green tint.
With citrus fruits
notes, the noze is light and floral, the mouth is compact and long
Style et temperature
This mineral and complex Sauvignon blanc will be ideal to accompany a
« sandre de Loire » fillet or angler fillet with cream sauce, region
crayfish or « Saint Jacques » with basmati rice.
It is best to serve this wine chilled between 10 and 12°C.

SECRET
Ce vin authentique est produit sur une petite parcelle située en appellation Touraine Oisly, petite appellation de 40 ha produisant exclusivement du Sauvignon avec un cahier des charges bien précis.
Cette parcelle de 50 ans est idéalement exposée sur un sol composé d'argile à silex.
Tasting
Vin exubérant avec des notes de fruit de la passion, vanillées et pain grillé et une bouche fine et délicate, tout en longueur, légèrement acidulée.
Style et temperature
Vous pouvez le déguster à l'apéritif, avec un plateau de fruits de mer, un très bon poisson de Loire ou de mer.
Servir environ à 10°C

SAUVIGNON AOC TOURAINE
Sauvignon
is a genuine white wine from the Loire Valley. And the vineyard is situated in
LOIRE VALLEY.
Sauvignon
is between, 5 and 35 years old and is planted in clay-limestone to flint soils.
The yield is only 50 HL / Hectare.
Tasting
Racy and elegant,
Sauvignon is very appreciated with sea food and grilled or even fish. This wine
is also excellent with fresh or hot goat cheese on toasted bread.

Vin très agréable avec un plateau de fruits de mer, les poissons grillés et en sauce comme le « beurre blanc », ou encore le fromage de chèvre frais ou chaud sur des toasts grillés.

qui leur soit dédié.

« Fille et femme
de vignerons, n’appréciant pas le vin jusqu'à récemment, j’ai découvert LE VIN,
ses couleurs, ses arômes et ses saveurs par le biais d’une formation
professionnelle. Comme un enfant qui apprend à manger, j’ai appris à déguster,
à apprécier, à me projeter au travers des sensations…
Ce vin a mis du temps à
voir le jour car je l’ai pensé, élevé, bichonné, il a mûri, s’est bonifié pour
enfin se révéler.
Ce vin saura vous
toucher, les amateurs seront séduits et les connaisseurs apprécieront. Peut
être que vous aussi aurez une révélation …. »
Tasting
Nuance
jaune légèrement vermeil aux reflets verts, belle brillance.
Le
nez s’ouvre progressivement sur les fruits blancs mûrs, l’ananas, le miel et
repose sur un fond brioché. Une petite note mentholée à l’agitation du verre
marque le contraste.
Dès
l’attaque la bouche révèle sa densité, puis sa rondeur se mêle aux arômes de
coings, pour finir par une belle minéralité.

Vin
agréable avec un poisson en sauce.

INSPIRATION
This wine is made from a late
harvest of white wine Valley Sauvignon. Making a sweet wine, it needs lots of
warm sunshine and low rainfall. The grapes are left on the vine to dry, witch
concentrates sugar in the grapes. Grapes have to be hand harvested and sorted
in successive picking. The production volume of this wine is very small,
however, we make it with passion for creativity.
Winemaking
specificity
I obtain a juice rich in sugar
and has a very low acidity. I make my wines in a very slow fermentation in vat
under controlled of temperature, in order to keep aromas. Maturation goes on
several years, even after bottling. It is a wine to keep that envelops and
expresses different nuances after period of ageing.
Tasting
First, its “generous gold”
colour lets you imagine exotic fruits and sweets flowers aromas, than you will
discover aromas.

This is a wine for very
special occasions, and any moments when you’d like to celebrate. It ‘s a “God’s
nectar”, this wine enjoy you with aperitif, foie gras or with almond cake.
Served between 8 and 10°C.
[EN]Vins rosés


ROSE IGP VAL DE LOIRE
Blended wine with 1/3 of Gamay
and 2/3 of red Cabernet.
The vine is planted on a
clay-limestone soils.
Winemaking
specificity
This Rosé wine is made by straight pressing and by bleeding. The juice comes from the grapes are totally de-stemmed. The vinification is traditional method in vats under controlled temperature. The fermentation starts slowly and takes place a low-temperature to enhance the wine’s fruit flavours.
Tasting
This rosé has a beautiful
“candy” colour. You will appreciate the elegance of red fruit aromas. The Gamay
gives a suppleness and fruit. The cabernet gives fruit and also structure.
Gathering these grapes obtains an elegant finish, suppleness and good balance.
Style et temperature
This light wine is perfect
from aperitif to dessert to accompany summer luncheons. You can make an
original cocktail adding some grapefruit syrup in each glass. It goes well with
many different salads, grill, white meats, cold cuts or desserts as red berry
fruit cake and homemade cookies etc…
Serve it chilled at a temperature of 10°C.

A déguster avec des viandes rouges comme le bœuf mais aussi le gibier, le magret de canard et les fromages affinés

GAMAY AOC TOURAINE
Gamay with white juice is one
of the oldest varietal of our appellation.
Our Gamay « Jean »
was harvested at 13% alcohol, from our clay-limestone with flints soils. Yields
are limited to 40 to 55 HL/Hectare.
The cuvee is vinified without
any added sulfite.
Vines are older than 40 years.
This cuvee is a homage to my
Grand Father Jean, whose authenticity still remains in my mind...Jean was an exceptional
Grand Father, and was found of the Gamay varietal.
Our Gamay “Jean” is made in
his image.
Tasting
A tender wine, with roundness
and suppleness, generous with a long mouth…
Gamay “Jean” reveals red
fruits and forest fruits notes, with slightly spicy aromas.
A very original gamay !
Style et temperature
This delicious cuvee is very
ample and fruity, you can enjoy it all along the meal, enhancing your cuisine.
To be tasted between 12 and
16°C depending on the season ; it will give its best when tasted young, up
to 18 months.

L'ELIXIR DE LEO
18 ans après le 1er Elixir, une nouvelle cuvée voit le jour.
Elle est élaborée à partir de vieilles vignes de 40 ans.
Tasting
A l'image de Léo, ce vin d'une couleur rubis intense, a pris en puissance et en structure.
Il nous révèle au nez des arômes de violette, groseille et confiture de mûre. Sa longue persistance en bouche nous emporte pour un voyage aromatique.
Style et temperature
Ce vin de caractère et de garde s'accordera parfaitement avec une viande rouge ou un gibier.
