Our cellar in Chémery (41) near Romorantin offers a selection of Touraine AOC, Touraine Oisly and Crémant de Loire wines. We offer authentic and quality wines, produced from grapes grown on our own vineyard. Among our wines, you can discover our Touraine Oisly - La Plaine des Cailloux, a white wine "favorite" of the 2023 Hachette Wine Guide, as well as our Secret, another dry white wine of the Touraine Oisly appellation, characterized by its fruity notes (notes of passion fruit, vanilla and toasted bread).
Our Crémant de Loire Blanc and Crémant de Loire Rosé, on the other hand, are made according to the traditional method and offer you a refined sparkling experience. Red wines are also offered, with our Élixir de Léo, a Touraine red wine with an intense ruby color that reveals aromas of violet, redcurrant and blackberry jam on the nose. You can also taste the Gamay AOC Touraine Rouge, a fruity wine with light spicy notes, ideal for accompanying your meals.

Each of them offers unique characteristics and flavors that are the result of our terroir and know-how. Touraine is a red, white or rosé wine produced in particular in Loir-et-Cher and Indre-et-Loire. Touraine Oisly, on the other hand, is a recent appellation located on the left bank of the Loire, which mainly produces light and elegant white wines. Finally, Crémant de Loire is an effervescent wine, which can be white or rosé and offers a fine foam and a beautiful freshness on the palate.
